A home between the sky and the sea.
Perched atop Benalmádena, this single-family house is redefined through a subtle intervention that cleans, organizes, and opens. The removal of added volumes —a garage, a porch— allows the architecture to breathe and to look again.

Inside, the day zone unfolds like a line of light along the southwest façade. New windows frame the garden, the views, and the setting sun. In contrast, the night zone retreats to the rear façade: two en-suite bedrooms that, through interior windows, allow the sea to be admired from the intimacy of the bed.

The material language is restrained yet rich: warm microcement, natural okoumé wood, brass details, cotton, and linen. A Mediterranean atmosphere, serene and essential.
